Seattle MC ‘Yonny has released his debut single ‘Nah’ on all streaming services, and it seems the rapper has not stopped making moves since, but in complete silence. Bracing his social media in Supersonics T-Shirt while eating a Dicks Burger, Yonny brings a fresh face to Seattle Hip-Hop. His soothing voice and impeccable delivery make him one to be reckoned with.
Produced by Evan George, ‘Nah’ is a hard hitting track by all means, and yet another product of Fibonacci studios. With clever wordplay Yonny truly leaves the listener wanting more on this debut single. Though the song is only 1:50 seconds, there are two distinct pieces to the song. The track carries you with his unique voice, then the beat entirely switches with Yonny coming back stating ‘I might go and slap the sh**** outcha’ , leaving even the whitest of listeners ready to pimp-slap anybody who wants to step up.
However, aside from the pimp slapping, we seem to know nothing about Yonny outside of this track. In a recent instagram post he stated that besides rapping, he has a love Photography…and that’s about the only details we know about Yonny. Even finding a picture of the MC was hard, we even had to scroll through his tagged photos to find our featured image! Who is Yonny, and what is he going to do next?
As mysterious as he is, you can still stream ‘Nah everywhere now, and follow Yonny on Instagram to catch the latest from the MC. We’re dying to find out what comes next from what seems like The Emerald cities hidden gem.
